Stayed 1 night at the River Lodge. Room was great. Large room with king bed and large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely paved walkway along the river, and great meal at the Tavern next to the motel. We would recommend.

Beautiful room with spa, patio and river view. Excellent restaurant on site and food was wonderful. There is a pool and gym in easy walking distance from rooms. Everything is easily accessible and beautifully decorated throughout. Despite a problem with the booking on my part, Rachel at reception was incredibly helpful and we had a lovely stay thanks to her. Nathan, in the kitchen, was also extremely accommodating and friendly. We had a very relaxing stay and really appreciated this beautiful place and excellent customer service from Rachel and Nathan. Highly recommend

Beautiful, would definitely stay here again. Our room was big, bright and nicely furnished, with a comfortable couch from which we had a lovely view of the river and gardens. There was a patio outside the sliding doors, and we could walk straight onto the lawns and down to the river. Very pretty. I would have liked a larger fridge, with a properly closing freezer that would have kept our ice packs frozen! Could do with better pillows too, but overall it was great, and excellent value.
